Gina Valona is an artist, arts educator and creative consultant who is passionate about photography and art activism. She is the Program Administrator of the Creative Action Department at Otis College of Art and Design, where she also holds a MFA in Public Practice. She gives instruction on photography privately and at the Los Angeles Center of Photography. As part of her social practice, she also teaches integrated learning strategies and project development in Creative Action working with organizations such as Peace Over Violence and Spirit Awakening.
